Money not yet deposited

I hope you are well
Yesterday I received an sms saying that the loan I app**** for has been deposited into my account and that it should reflect in the next business day. Today is the next business day as yesterday was a public holiday, and the contract starts on the 7th of April, but when I went on the website there’s a message that says I don’t qualify for the loan, but I still was able to see the amount that I need to pay monthly and the amount that will be debited and the date it will be debited.
I just wanted to find out how long until the money is reflected and why the message pops up?
