Money mobi

I have settled my money mobi account on the 21st of December and yesterday I tried to withdraw some cash, funny enough it still show I will only be able to withdraw after my first payment which is the 25th December.

Tried calling customer services three times yesterday and I was told they need to change status of my account so I can be able to withdraw. Now I'm sitting here asking myself how long does it take to change a lousy status cause till now, it still shows the same message that I still need to make the first payment and I don't understand cause my balance is R0.00.

My question is, do you want to change my status so I can be apply to withdraw some cash or you want to to go to another institution and close my account with you?
