Money machine

I need help with finchoice ..this institution is exploiting money from people...consultants are so rude ,their interests are sky high ...I called to cancel my funeral cover because i find it vvery strange that when i make a payment my statement is not updated .The amount of phone calls i receive in one day .. it rediculous seems like their systems are not updated .you pay today and two days down the line they calling you ....the service is very poor consultants have no respect the last one I spoke to told me that my premiums will be forfeited next time I should read my contract carefully , I mean there was no empathy what so ever ...
