Money hungry company

So I've been employed with this company and as you know, the beginning stages are always great, until you actually get to know this company.

They started making changes that benefitted the company and not the employees so much. These changes were only discussed with us after it was made and not before. When the changes are discussed with us, we were basically told that we had no say in this.

Now I was okay with this and decided that I needed to move on to something better, so I just recently resigned in July. Now one thing I can say about this company is that when it comes to their employees making the company money, they have so much to say, but when it comes to money being paid to the employees, they seem to always mess up in that department.

I'm no longer at this company but I still hear complaints from their employees about not being paid correctly. When I resigned I was told that for my Alexander Forbes money to be paid out, I only needed to wait 6 weeks. HR advised me to call them back if the money is still not in my account. It's been just over 6 weeks and the money is still not reflecting. I called HR today to find out what's happening, just to be told that they only submitted my forms yesterday!!! After all this damn time!!! Now my problem is, what if this money was needed for something urgent, because as I was told, I only needed to wait 6 weeks.

The lady I spoke to told me that they didn't know what happened to my forms or didn't know where it was. Now firstly this was not my problem. Secondly, this is what I mean when I say that making the company money is more important than paying the employees their money. So I was told by this lady that I now have to wait another 6 weeks because they messed up.

I am beyond ****ed as this company has caused me enough stress while I was working for them, and now as an ex employee of theirs, I still have to deal with this ****.

For anyone that is planning to work there, I suggest you do not apply.
