MOBIMONEY INITIATION FEE ****

Finchoice mobimoney is a ****. I was approved for R6000 and withdrew R3000. On that same money I was approved for, they charged me R365 (Initiation fee) and VAT of R54.75 (31 October 2025). Today I withdraw a R1000 and they charge me once again Initiation fee of R150 and VAT of R22.50. This has got to be the most ridiculous agreement ever. Is initiation fee not a once-off? Why charge initiation on every withdrawal? Also why deduct from the disbursed amount? other credit service providers take the initiation fee once and on your monthly instalment not disbursed amount. Mr Wayne, the floor supervisor couldn't answer those simple questions. It giving ***** vibes, had to call them to access my statement. Never using mobimoney again. Go for a normal credit card not this ****. WHO DEDUCTS FROM THE DISBURSED AMOUNT????
