Mobile service

<p>Last month i had the same problem why do you have a mobi site WHY!!!!!! my payment went off for my Kwik advance the entire amount that was due why is it showing that i owe R86 everytime i log in to my mobi account and why does it show that i have Up to R12000 to Kwik draw and when i call you branch they say there is no offer for me. WHY is it showing i still have an amout outstanding the debit order went off its pay UPDATE my mobi account today!!!! and please check on your service for this mobi site its suppose to inform your customers what there is on offer for them. i am wasting my time to call to find out about the offer i can see ifront of me on my cell phone but then the consultant says no there is nothing on the system on offer WHY is iyt then showin this on my mobi accout WHY,WHY i want an awnser on this matter ASAP. it the worts service in the WORLD specially for a financial matter and Company that does Financial deals. The impresion i have regarding the Mobi service is that it makes it easy to see what is on offer for you and to manage your loans and payment. This is NOT THE CASE. SORT OUT MY ACCOUNT TODAY!!!!!!! I HAVE PAID THE FULL AMOUNT UPDATE MY ACCOUNT.</p>
