Missing debit money
I have been trying to rectify my account with finchocie whereby my account says I have an unpaid debit in Septemebr 2021,whereby there was a debit on the 28th od September, for the past 3 months have been trying to rectify the problem with 5 calls logged in and I get a response that it has been resolved.Ive sent in bank statements even today it still remains unpaid. past 4 moths my account is not debited and I have to call thru to make payments as they dont debit and it affects negatively by credit status
