Misleading skip payment option
I am extremely frustrated and disappointed by Finchoices skip payment option that doesn't actually work. Last month I opted for a skip payment and it showed that it was done successfully but my account still got debit... When I contacted customer care they told me that the skip payment "was not completed" and when I explained that I received a notification that said it was done successfully, the consultant insisted that it wasn't completed. Out of frustration I left it at that and opted for a skip payment for the next month. It once again said it was done successfully but my account still got debited and now it shows that I am in arrears. I obviously did not budget for it because I was promised a payment skip on the online portal and now I am being told that I need to pay double next month which is absolutely unfair.
