Misleading clients and incorrect information

Bad service and wrong information about products they give. I was told with. Mobimoney I can apply any time and have access to funds at any time as long as accounts are up to date. I reapply as many times but up to so far its not true. That should give correct and factual information of products to clients and never misleading us. **********
