Mishandled Account

Hi,

I am extremely concerned about the handling of this ***. I have paid everything that was required of me, yet I continue to see payments or deductions relating to this *** that I do not understand or recognise.

I have already requested that this *** be closed, as I no longer wish to have any financial relationship with FinChoice. Continuing to process payments after I have settled what was required and requested closure is unacceptable and raises serious concerns for me.

I am therefore formally requesting that you:

1. Immediately close this *** and any associated facility. 2. Stop any further debit orders, deductions or payment attempts. 3. Provide me with a full statement showing exactly where the payments/deductions have been allocated. 4. Confirm in writing that the *** is closed and that I have no further obligations or amounts outstanding.

I find the handling of this *** extremely concerning and suspicious, and I am not comfortable with continuing this relationship under these circumstances. Please treat this matter as urgent and provide written confirmation of the closure.
