Dear FinChoice and J. Stevens,

I am writing this out of absolute frustration and disgust at the blatant disregard you have shown for my time, finances, and repeated communication.

I settled my loan with FinChoice in full at the end of February 2025. I even received a paid-up letter confirming that there is no outstanding balance. Yet, despite this, you had the audacity to continue deducting R500 from my account on 27 March. This is not only unacceptable but also amounts to unauthorized and *****ulent deductions.

To make matters worse, I have sent multiple emails to J. Stevens — whose name appears on my bank transactions as the creditor — and I have received zero response. The silence is unprofessional and deeply disrespectful.

Let me be clear: you have no legal right to continue debiting my account after the loan has been settled, and your refusal to refund my money or respond to my queries is entirely unacceptable.

I demand an immediate refund of every cent you have deducted after February 2025 and a written explanation for this mess. If I do not receive a response and refund within 3 business days, I will not hesitate to escalate this matter to the National Credit Regulator, the Ombudsman for Banking Services, and take legal action to recover what is rightfully mine.
