Loan application is most inefficient I've ever experienced. I was informed "your application has been approved" 7 days ago, bank statements shared 7 days ago, debi-check accepted 7 days ago. Call center agents give inconsistent messages, They say what they want, from "You loan will be paid out in 24 hours", "We are validating", "we are processing", "we re doing final checks", "we will send you the mandate", "sms is on its way". I honestly have no words. Take note: other financing houses are much better and efficient.
