Loss of Words for being ****** from

I'm at a loss here.

I'm having Debit Orders go off for a long term loan already paid off. Sent proof of payment and everything. They confirmed account number is correct but is adamant they never got the money.

Literally paying for a long term loan that was already paid off.

I'm literally at a loss on what to do next.

Contacted ombudsman as well.

But have been waiting quite a few week.

Any help will be appreciated.
