Loan turn around time terrible almost 3weeks

I app**** for a loan 2weeks ago but still my application is pending. The first consultant I called first week said application is on final stage n will b paid on Friday they have backlogs of applications. Friday I waited no payment. Following week Tuesday I called again they said within 24 hours they had technical problems. I waited on Wednesday no payment. Thursday I called again they said they pushing to finalize everything by the end of the week and I must expect payment on Friday . It is now Monday approaching 3rd week. Turn around time is very bad. I would understand 3 days but almost 3weeks.
