Loan shark is better than Finchoice!!!
Issue was never resolved. I am told that they won't assist since I am in arrears and missed a payment for 2 months. Finchoice is unreasonable and does not have empathy. I explained that the reason why I haven't been able to make a payment is I am a commission earner getting paid at most R3000 so how am I suppose to live after you deduct R2290..I have kids to take to school, family to feed and buy groceries for and I have to use the same money to get to work. How am I suppose to afford to live and go to work if you deny me a payment arrangement? I will lodge a complaint to Ombudsman with proof that I have been trying and begging Finchoice for a payment arrangement however their system is more important than clients needs!!!
