Loan settlement

Hellopeter...my name is lerato Mackenzie. Am so disgusted by finchoice.I asked for a settlement amount. They sent an email the amount was R3226.29. I asked the to debit all of that money on the 27 February 2021. They debited R794.27 on the 26 February 2021, I went to pick n pay and paid the outstanding balance which was R2432.00 as easy pay on the 27 February 2021. When I check my balance on Monday which was the 1st of march 2021. It says I still owe them R101. I wish finchoice can stop robbing me.
