Loan paid to an invalid account
Can someone from this company give me a feedback on this matter because i keep on getting people calling me about an amount that they claim i am owing and i keep on explaining myself over and ever. The Last person who called me was a lady by name of Khuthadza Ngumana on the 15/02/2021 and i have asked her to check the records on her system, she did that and promised to escalate the matter to her supervisor and she will send me an email. Today is the 23 February 2021 i have not received the email she promised. Please can someone check the emails below and send me a feedback on my email: ***.
NB. For my records, reply on email.

I would humbly request the person who took his or her time to reply to my email to please go back to the email and read it carefully or escalate to a person who can properly understand the email.
The response below does not address the issue raised on the email at all

Please assist, yesterday morning i received a collection call from one of your consultants to advise me that my loan account is in arrears and i was amazed with the amount she gave me.
December last year Finchoice offered me a R7000.00 loan and accepted it, i was to advice to send a 3 months bank statement for a final approval. I then forwarded my 3 months Capitec bank statement and then latest payslip to : *** and emphasized on the email that i have changed my banking details and there was no response i then send the documents via your WhatsApp chats but there was no response. As far as i know i have R100.00 airtime that i owe finchochoice, this is what i told the lady yesterday and according to her the money was deposited to an FNB account which i have stopped using in March 2020. Please see the attached correspondence sent to your company.
This morning I've received another call from a gentleman and i had to explain this again and after speaking to him i received this ***.
I will be glad if this matter can be dealt with as soon as possible.
Best regards,
Simon Shiba
