Loan delay

I did online application with them and they approved ny loans and confirm debi check , this was on tuesday and Wednesday i sent them my documents and yesterday i got a call from one of the consultant confirm that my documents are on system and i will get an sms after few hours confirming that the money is on the way to my account , 24 hours later still no sms and online there's no update , i jus called them now and the consultant is telling me they still busy with my documents while the consultant from yesterday told me everything is in order , please finchoice do better so i can come back and give positive review coz right now im disappointed , your whatsap channel we only get assistance after 6pm knowing very well the office is closed ... I hope the money that you approved will be in my account today ,coz there's active debut order that ive confirm for u but i have not receive the money
