Loan approved, yet no loan payed out

Extremely disappointed. Submitted all document, accepted the debit heck mandate, was told the verification process takes 24 to 48 hours, it's been 4 days and I still don't have the money I urgent needed. Every time I call they say they are busy with the verification process.
