Loan approved and Not Approved Fiasco

I app**** for a loan and got approved (I signed a contract, accepted Debicheck, and sent in the 3-month bank statement.) Yesterday (09 July 2024)... Today (10 July 2024) I am being told I need to resubmit my bank statement and my application needs to be reviewed.
