Loan Application - Pathetic Service ever

<p>Been a client since 2013 if not 14. App**** on Friday for the loan, Saturday called changed banking details. agents are very rude out of 5 I spoke to so far only 1 was helpful. they transfer me from back to forth and end up dropping my calls. Now I’m told the banking details are not yet confirmed since Monday. Has to send my bank statement and they confirm they received it but still nothing is done. They can cancel the claim I’ll go apply somewhere else since they can’t assist. </p>
