Loan application based on their SMS's

App**** for a loan yesterday, all documentation was uploaded directly on their Mobi site. Received sms's confirming they received all documentation. Soon after that the sms's came in if you want your amount please upload, fax or whatsup your documents. Phone them, lady said no busy with validations, dont stress. Phoned yesterday afternoon, still busy validating. Phoned this morning, could not validate because I was with capitec moving to FNB bearing in mind Payslips confirm July into Capitec and AUg and Sept in Fnb. Phoned them again asking if they need bank statements. No we work on July???? 13h35 phoned again follow up, again now explaining to the lady if you need bank statements I will send them. Trying to explain in ENglish that July I was still with Capitec and moved on to FNB as per my paysheets. 3 times she asked me so you no longer with FNB!!!. You know it was not even a lot of money, *********** people. Just leave the application. Total Waste of TIME.......
