Loan Application ***** and ****
Finchoice is a ****!!! I app**** for a loan 3 days ago which said within 24hrs you will get the final update on the status of your application.
Yesterday their agent told me that they can't give me a timeframe due to the influx of applications. How is that my problem. They take an average of 7minutes to answer calls, spoke to Mackayla and she assured me that I'll get assistance. 72 hours later I have no outcome of my application or funds in my account.
They lure you to accept a funeral cover first then accept a debicheck of the loan amount you accepted. Now they have gone quiet and looking at their reviews here and on Facebook, this seems like the norm. I'm giving them 12hrs to solve this, next step is sending a long detailed complaint to the ombudsman. I know my rights as a consumer and the importance of Treating customers fairly and this is nonsense and not it!!!

I'd like to plead that you try finalize in the time frame you promise clients to avoid escalations such as these. To the team, Mackayla, Aqueelah, Leroy and Hayley, you are one of the few that I dealt with who were professional in giving me proper detailed updates.
