Loan amount dispute

I requested for a settlement quotation and paid the amount I was owing to Finchoice via Eft after settling the account there was another amount outstanding that was debited which appeared as a full and final balance of R221.00 . When I checked on their app after they debited there's still an outstanding balance again of R202.39.
