loan account settled no refund

Nately I have been on debt review since 2012 july,I decided to settle my account 12/01/2015.but unfortunately Fin choice was paid on the 26/01/2015.Debt busters requested that they refund me the R480.. This request was done on 12/02/2015 but till today I haven't received my money after I was asked to submit my banking details,certified IDentity copy.sad part I can't speak to them as they only deal with my debt councellors,but finchoice is not giving debtbusters as to why they are not giving me my money back,on the 24 of february they told debt busters they are still processing the refund,its been a month and 7days since the request.the money(refund)is R480
