Loan ****

On the 7th of June 2023 I app**** for a 6 months loan for an emergency and all relevant documents were submitted and acknowledged to be received and I was promised the money will be deposited to me within 48 hours, that didn’t happen and I have been calling them everyday ever since the promised turnaround time, all I receive is empty promises of escalations and feedback none of this happened, today is the 19th of June 2023 no money was received, no feedback was received but they made me approve a debit check for their instalments. I am really scared that my account will be debited for nothing and as much as I am experienced this bad service from Finchoice it will be hard for me to get my money back if my account gets debited. I am really disappointed
