letter of payment arrangements

I've been looking for a letter of good standing or letter to advise that I am making payment arrangements with Finchoice. I had numerous phone call - one of being 12 minutes long from being transferred from the one to the other(I do have recording hereof).

I also send emails with no response!!!

What can be so difficult to say on a Finchoice letter head that Simone Stapelberg made arrangements to pay this account number ****** with a monthly fee of R2500pm.

What else must I do?!?!?!?!?!?!?

mm the boring automated reply, just like you're useless email system. I need to finish other documents and waiting JUST for Finchoice. I want this resolved by tomorrow morning 10am, or I go the social media way.
