I've been trying to get hold of your legal department the whole day... no luck I get put through to wrong numbes.

Can someone from legal department explain to me why I was handed over to attorneys(hammond pole), while last month I paid double the installment because I was trying to catch up. You don't even notify me you just hand me over. What about the R1500 I paid last month then, because it didn't get credited to my 24 month loan. One of your consultants told me it went to mobi loan, why because I don't owe anything on mobi loan.
