Legal Department not answering phones.
I paid off my loan with you a year ago. To my surprise I am still listed on credit bureau that I still owe you. Please send me my paid up letters so that I can do it my self because clearly by looking at the reviews you do not take customers serious.
I have been spending lots of money on airtime trying to call your non existent phone numbers. Please do the right thing.
