After months of my frustration thanks to Crystal Hendricks who made sure she resolves my query. I honestly lost hope but she kept on emailing me assuring me that she is working to resolve it. And thank god she came through and resolve it and even gave me a refund for the months I was being charged for the loan. A job well done keep it up Crystal
