It's been 3 months and still no payout

This complain is on behalf of Thandi Msibi ***. Her husband died and barried in December 2019. She have funaral cover with Finchoice for over 10 years. We are still battling to get Finchoice to pay an amount of R30K. We are tired of talking to *********** people in the call centre. We spoke to Anita and her supervisor Morris and 13 other stupid call centre agents. We have now decided to take this matter to the ombudsman. Please contact us!!!
