ITC UPDATE

I've recently did restructuring of my mobi money to a 11 month loan so that my instalment can be reduced and 1st instalment R1300 did go through but when i check my ITC it's still showing active mobi money not the 11 month loan and balance is the same as instalment R12000 and something. I did request the info to be updated I only got auto reply no-one got back to me.Please assist by updating my profile(i think my ref for the request was 109130 not sure)
