ITC update

Good Day. In September i contacted Finchoice to update my credit profile. up untill today its not done and this is now effecting me very badly. i want them to do my update immediately and i am not waiting 21 days. i would also like proof that this update with Transunion was done. They still have an outstanding loan outstanding with a balance of R946.00 and my current 6 month loan, they have not updated since i took out the loan. i would like them to please update it that reflects that its been up to date each month. i only have 1 loan with Finchoice and i want them to make sure the balance is also updated as it reflects a balance of R4279.00 (which was last updated in August)
