ITC not updated after 2 year paid up

I am not happy to find out after 2 years that my profile has not been updated, and after contacting the business I received and sms stating my query has resolved, but after few months its still not resolved, I have received paid up letters from Finchoice but up till now nothing has been done and this is effecting my credit score
