ITC not updated
I paid up my loan with finchoice 29/11/2015! Today I sit at the bank with my wife and find out we cant buy our dream house because of this big amount that is still lying on my credit record! Do you know how humiliating that was!!! My wife is battling since January with Finchoice to update her ITC but to no avail! Nothing has been done yet! Why dont you appoint people to do the job? So many people's lives are affected by your negligence!
