Good day, I had a loan with finchoice in 2016 which i paid up in January 2017, however this loan still reflects as unpaid in my name on the credit bureau. I've contacted finchoice on numerous occasions to have it updated as it is now preventing me from applying for credit elsewhere but they never get back to me.... I've sent another email about a week ago but no response was received.
