Is This Your Standard Bussiness Practice ??

It has now been almost a week since my mobi loan application, today a lady called to verify but i was out for a while, my son took a message as the lady told him that i have to call today because the system is going to relapse the application, i called 3 times only to be told that the department does not rake incoming calls and an e mail will be sent to the department to call me, well 3 times i received a call and the phone gets dropped as soon as i start speaking to the consultant, i call again and again and everytime i get told i will get a call back. Nothing happned no call no feedback, this is absurd and rediculoys, your consultanrs inform me that my application is going to expire automatically after 24 hours, so what more do you expect me to do . I have tried calling endlesly with no success to speak to tge relevent person to verify, this is honestly rediculous and very un professional business, i qualified and was offered an amount which i accepred but end stage does not conclude, no one seems to bother, is there anyone that can assist ?
