Is Finchoice now operating like those ***** lenders?
I had a R5000 loan, which Finchoice debited R2020.03 27 Feb, debited R2039.05 28 Feb, debited R2029.75 29 Mar, and debited R2026.41 again on 29 Mar. This makes a total of R8115.24. When I check my mobiMoney balance it says I still owe R1811. Finchoice never responds to emails we customers send and I am being sent from one department to the other whenever I call. i have always been a proud customer but this latest service is a shock and a disappointment.
Finchoice, Pease reimburse my money and fix the account status
