Interest on a paid up account

<p>A settlement amount was paid last year, according to your consultant the payment was made a day too late What I don’t understand is that Finchoice could not call me and inform me that there is still payment due on the account cause I paid a too late further what I don’t understand is that they deducting on the incorrect day my original deduction date was the 27th of every month who gave them the 20th When they started deducting I had no idea and cause there was no funds in the account cause I was unemployed since Dec ember 15th 2016 no one from Finchoice called me to inform that the premiums was unpaid I would also like to know how after paying the settlement amount that charges incurred to R371+ And who is going to pay my bank charges because I was not aware that I had a deduction from Finchoice</p> <p> </p>
