Insurance for a loan I have not received.

Hello

This morning I received an email stating that the loan which I took out was being covered for death insurance (understandable).

I then logged onto your website to view the loan and loan contract etc to find nothing has been uploaded.

I have not received the cash for this loan. I dont remember ever having a loan contract sent to me either. So how is it possible that I have insurance cover on a loan I have not yet received? I sent an email to your ********** email address enquiring the status of this loan and when this loan was paid ( i checked my bank records before sending the email to make sure nothing has been paid).

I have not received any replies via email from your customer services.

Please email me details of this loan and when it was paid.
