Incorrect lisiting at ITC
I called customer care of Finchoice since the 27th May 2019 till today the 30th requesting letter that I am not in arrears, I was not assisted at all, and this is urgently required.
I was listed at ITC that I have an arrear amount of R2 841.33 and it is not true. I just need a letter that states that I am not in arrears at Finchoice. I need to buy a house and this listing is disadvantaging me.
The worse part is that the last male consultant who I spoke to today the 30th May 2019 told me that Finchoice did not list but ITC itself, which he was insulting my intelligence.
Please send me the letter and update my status at ITC with immediate effect- asseblief, as I need to submit such letter for the processing of my Home Loan
