Incorrect information on ITC

I paid my account in full September and requested one of the consultants to send me a paid up letter, Today i got a call from finchoice offering me a loan only to find out they listed me in ITC even after settling my account, I am not happy with your service close my account and send me a paid up letter I no longer want to do business with finchoice.
