Hi <br> please assist as I called the call centre to find out if I could settle my kwik advance the agent gave me the settlement amount and assured me that no debit will go through my account if I called back after payment was made I called back after making the payment and was advised that this was not possible to stop the debit at this stage<br> I am annoyed with the poor service received now I would have to pay double the installment
