Inconsistency
I was in communication with a consultant at Fin choice where i have provided my new banking details. Your consultant confirmed the information and stated that the details was updated with confirmation that the installment would have been deducted on the 26 September 2019. I even received a text message with my FNB Account details and confirmation that the baking details was updated. Why did the debit order not go through as confirmed by your consultant. I believe an ex- amount is due and would like that amount to be divided into two, installments meaning two payments, the first installments to be deducted on the the 26 October 2019 and the last installment to be deducted on the 26 November 2019. Have you taken the matter up with the consultant who confirmed all was in order, only to discover that nothing was done after i gave my new banking details. I also received a call on the 27th with confirmation that the debit order did not go off and the consultant stated that she would ran the debit order for that afternoon or the following day. I should just ensure that there was sufficient funds in the account. There was funds in the account but no debit order went off as agreed.
