They have failed to update experian on settlement of my loan account and now according to them I have 5 various loan amounting to over R90000. This has caused me to lose 60 credit points on my score. I've called multiple times and they simply hang up on me. No one wants to update the credit bureau while they falsely paint me as over indebted. I am so sick of this ****!!!
