I'm really unhappy with how finchoice operates, in December I paid up and closed my loan with them and was told it will take 21 days to update my ITC, in February I contacted transunion and there wad nothing from finchoice. Called them and sent a paid up letter for the update and was told to wait for 14 days. Today I call to get feedback back and only now they checked for the email I sent and was told to wait for another 21 days for them to contact ITC and remove the account from my profile. This is seriously *********** of them, and feeling inconvenienced because I paid them 3 months ago..
