I called Finchoice last week Monday requesting a settlement letter, was not emailed on. Requested one on Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday again nothing. Called on Friday and again nothing. Called on Saturday and no settlement quote was received.
You either have people who are *********** or something is wrong with your system.
