Incompetency
I'm so frustrated with Finchoice, because they have not till today updated my account which was paid off in september 2018 and I'm still getting calls from different debt collectors every other day. SSDA confirmed with an email that they have informed Finchoice that my account with them has been settled, but for some reason they fail to update it.
