Im so disappointed and I dont kmow what to do

I had an account with Finchoice , and i failed to pay it in 2014 i lost my job , they handed me over to VVM attorney in Randburg for R13985.18 . VVM attorney gave me discount R2692.33 and amount of R11292.85 to be paid by 25 march 2015 off which i did . I asked for settlement letter they told me about there 21 days . i tried to explain that i got an offer to a banking institution and they want the letter urgently , they told me they ask their supervisor to escalate the matter . on the 05 December 2015 i called VVM to again to assist me on this matter , the guy that i have spoke to told me that the letter was sent to the wrong email address , i must call fin choice and request the letter because thy have handed over my account to them and they have closed my account . I called Finchoice i spoke to the ladies who told me i will get my letter on Monday the 07 December . i called on Monday Finchoice to make a follow up , they told me im still owing R R2692.33 . how ?? i need letter urgent . i might loose my job .
