******* practice by Finchoice

<p>I recently went under debt mediation. All my creditors, including Finchoice, were informed of this. I'm however surprised that Finchoice keeps on debuting my account. For the past 4 months I''ve been reversing the debit order and blocking it. Finchoice changes the reference number and debit order date each time. Surely this can't be legal. Not only is it inconvenient but it costs me bank charges. I just got a notification from my bank about yet another Finchoice debit order....this after they confirmed with my lawyers that they agree to the terms set out in my debt mediation application. Can I therefore ask you to help me stop this debit order or I will have to take legal action. This is ******* practice. What's even more annoying is that I'm now unable to go and reverse this as I just underwent major surgery. I now know Finchoice is not kind to it's customers....even when a legally binding document is in place.</p>
